Unbelievable Peanut

Butter Cookies


1 cup peanut butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup sugar of dipping bottom of glass
 Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine Peanut Butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to thoroughly blend. Drop by teaspoon 2" apart onto a cookie sheet. Flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 14 to 16 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on a rack. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
